Aurora
Aurora Aksnes born 15th June 1996 Stavanger is a Norwegian musician and songwriter. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves by Decca Records was released on May 15th, 2015 receiving rave reviews from bloggers and music critics as well as from the press. The singer has released a number of high-profile cover songs, including Half the World Away (by the band Oasis) to accompany John Lewis' Christmas advert and Nature Boy (by Nat King Cole), which are widely loved. Katy Perry posted a video that she supported Runaway. It earned her some recognition. Celebrate her special day. Aurora Aksnes first musical memory was when she discovered a keyboard in her loft, and becoming fascinated by its music. Parents May-Britt and Jan Oystein Aksnes encouraged her to study music, not for a career or hobby but as a way to develop. So she started with her own music. Her sources include noted authors Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan, as well as her love for Bjork's style. Her mother had told her the songs she wrote might not gain fame for her but instead to inspire people to realize their own value and impact in the world, she began performing them publicly. The piano was her first instrument at age six and creating music when she was nine. Her family didn't hear about it until she turned 14. Aurora isn't something she imagined as a child. Aurora is simply a writer who loves writing songs. Music is her most preferred way to feel anything.
